2.Basic operating requirements for sand dredger vessel
1. During construction, the equipment position shall be calibrated frequently, the transverse movement characteristics of sand dredger vessel shall be mastered, and the reasonable excavation width shall be selected to make the excavation width meet the design requirements. The excavated river channel sideline (water surface line) shall be basically straight, and the super width shall be within the allowable range. The over width shall not endanger the safety of embankment, existing slope protection and shore buildings.
2. The water level gauge shall be set according to the standard accuracy, the indicator shall be calibrated and the lowering depth of cutter and mud bucket shall be adjusted frequently to make the excavated river bottom elevation meet the design. Under excavation and over depth shall be within the allowable range. At the same time, the super depth within 1 / 4 of the bottom width (no more than 10m) of the foot line on both sides of the river bottom shall be strictly controlled, and the stability of the bank slope shall not be affected.
3. The river slope should be excavated step by step, and the principle of overbalance at the bottom, overbalance at the top and overbalance at the bottom should be mastered, so that the area ratio of overbalance to underbalance is controlled between 1 ~ 1.5.
4. When the slope above the water surface is required to be trimmed, it should be trimmed manually or mechanically after underwater excavation, so as to maintain the flatness of the slope and meet the design requirements. The estuary line shall be neat and straight, and the water surface line shall be basically straight.
5. For the dredging of tidal reach with serious back siltation and river channel crossing wide lake area, special standards can be formulated according to the design requirements and the performance of sand dredger vessel.
