2.Use method of sand dredger:

(1) Before starting the sand dredger, first check the transmission system and machine oil of the whole machine, then start the diesel engine pulling the conveyor belt, open the clutch, start the diesel engine, slowly loosen the clutch and adjust the speed to normal. Then start the diesel engine of the front zipper bucket.

(2)After the two diesel engines are started, adjust the speed to the required speed. Then release the boom brake. Slowly lower it. When the sand in the hopper is more than 2 / 3, stop the lowering, and then lower the boom by yourself when it reaches 1 / 3. When the boom forms a 45 degree angle with the water surface (i.e. about 5m), park the boom. At this time, the amount of sand in the hopper is controlled by traction. When moving forward, it depends on the amount of sand in the bucket. Move forward and backward flexibly. If the sand layer collapses, the mechanical work is hard or cannot be pulled, loosen the traction rope to make the ship move backward until it is dug. If there is a large stone or mud layer under the water, the ship will experience severe vibration. At this time, the sand excavation boom should be lifted immediately to avoid obstacles.
