2. Working Principle of 18inch cutter suction dredger

1. The cutter head with changeable cutter teeth is driven hydraulically and stir the river/lake/channel/sea bottom up.
2. Instigated mixture of sand and gravels (also called slurry) will be sucked up by the suction pipe.
3. The powerful slurry pump which is connected with the main diesel engine via gearbox will then discharge the slurry to designated place.
